This page describes the intended use and limitations of the TaskNext app and tasknext.co, provided by TaskNext LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
A tool for organization and tracking
TaskNext helps you record, organize, and track tasks, maintenance, appointments, renewals, mileage, and other information you choose to enter. You are responsible for the information you enter, the schedules you select, and decisions you make based on that information.
TaskNext does not determine what maintenance, service, care, inspection, repair, or replacement is required or when it should be performed.
Verify important information
Verify important dates, intervals, mileage, specifications, procedures, appointments, deadlines, and other requirements with manufacturer documentation, a service provider, a qualified professional, or another appropriate authoritative source.
Templates, sample records, screenshots, and examples illustrate how to use TaskNext. They are not maintenance or care recommendations for your circumstances. Review and adjust any template before using it.
No professional advice
The app and website do not provide automotive, mechanical, medical, veterinary, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Information displayed by TaskNext does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Schedules, calculations, and reminders
Due dates, mileage estimates, recurring schedules, notifications, reports, and other outputs may contain errors or may be delayed or unavailable. Their operation can be affected by entered information, software defects, device settings, notification permissions, and operating-system behavior.
Estimated mileage is not an actual odometer reading. Check actual mileage and applicable requirements when making maintenance decisions.
Do not use TaskNext as your only record or reminder for safety-critical, time-sensitive, medical, legal, financial, or other important obligations. Maintain appropriate independent records and reminders.
Your records and backups
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and reviewing exported files and reports for completeness and accuracy. Deleting the app or its data, changing devices, or experiencing a device or software failure may result in lost records.
Only enter or share information you are entitled to use. Take care when including information about other people in records, reports, or support messages.
Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TaskNext and this website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TaskNext LLC does not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or free from errors.
Descriptions of planned features or availability may change before release. The features and purchase terms presented with the released app govern the offering available at that time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TaskNext LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the app or website, including losses associated with missed reminders, inaccurate schedules or calculations, or loss of data.
Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights available to you.
App Store license
When TaskNext is distributed through the Apple App Store, its use is subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom license agreement is provided with the app.
This page does not replace that license. If these notices conflict with the applicable App Store license, that license controls licensing matters, subject to applicable law.
Intellectual property
The TaskNext software, branding, website content, and illustrations are owned by TaskNext LLC or their respective owners and licensors. Using the app or website does not transfer ownership of those materials to you. You retain any rights you hold in the information you enter.
Privacy and external links
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information associated with the app, website, and support communications.
Links to external websites are provided for reference. Those websites are operated by their respective providers and have their own terms and privacy practices.
Updates to these notices
We may update this page as TaskNext develops or applicable requirements change. Updates will show a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement to material changes. Updates do not override rights that applicable law protects.
